LTG Group is an inspiring story of a passionpreneur who hails from a humble origin. It all started at Hindalco Company. Working as an employee, he learned about the infrastructure industry's potential to create immense employment opportunities for people.
Stemmed from this thought to pursue the social passion of creating dignified and remunerative work for the unemployed, LTG was not an overnight reality! Its journey began in 1999 as a partnership firm. Today, after 23 years of a rough ride, the dream of Mr HP Lakshamana has come to the limelight for being a business of need, adding value to the community and people's lives.

With an MBA in Finance and extensive industry experience, he firmly believes that integrity, innovation, and technical excellence are the true pillars of sustainable growth.
